This is your secure log-in page to manage your staff off-duty. A simple clean secure way of ensuring all staff are aware of :-

• You can check their off duty in advance from your ward and print off for ward purposes. 
• You can advertise a vacant shift by email (in the first instance) to your own staff first or by txt message (in the second, not yet switched on), then on to other registered agency staff.
• Allows staff to check off duty from home (securely)
• It provides a printout of the rota for the ward/home and the shifts worked by each staff member. 

 A simple user friendly way of supporting you and your team. However it does not replace that telephone in emergencies. You should ensure all your team are aware it is still their reponsibility to inform you if they are unable to work a shift.
