Apart from recruitment, temp staffing and hands on service provision, our company has been advising Northern Ireland and South Ireland developers on the design and development of nursing, personalised and "wrap around" homecare services, supported retirement villages, etc  to meet regulations and needs of those users.

Our nurse management team provides support to owners in times of crisis within a 80 mile radius of County L'derry. As a result of this work we also have a wide network of advisors, including past involvement in EU funded projects. Recently, we have also entered temporary staffing for Facilities Management of nursing and residential homes with teams of staff working to support owners/ NHS trusts.

As a result of our experience, we are occasionally asked to provide expert assessment and costing reports for upcoming home care packages as a result of car accidents and acquired illnesses and disability. 

Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Team have been providing a confidential service since 1998. This has recently expanded into life coaching support for post-trauma incidents.

Our on-line roster platform allows staff and users to book shifts/appointments on line from home or ward providing emailing to staff if shifts are available.
